Axxess Healthcare Consult sponsored a one day ICD 9 Training Session in the Chicago area on February 21, 2012. The training seminar was organized by The Association of Certified Home Health Agencies in Illinois, at the AMRON Training Center, 6425, N. Hamlin Avenue, Lincolnwood, IL.  The one day workshop was attended by about 100 home health nurses and administrators. Concurrently, on February 22, Axxess also participated as an exhibitor at an OASIS-C workshop, arranged by the Home Care Association of Florida, at the Sheraton – Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port Hotel. Approximately 35 attended the workshop in Florida.

As the major sponsor and exhibitor in Illinois, and as a featured exhibitor in Florida, Axxess HealthcareConsult occupied a commanding presence at the Illinois event, so that the industry’s leading comprehensive home health software, Agencycore^®, could be easily viewed by all event participants. A large number of those who attended were able to interact with Agencycore^®, and many commented that they were amazed when they saw how user-friendly the software is and how much time and money the software will save them.

The Florida event was also a venue where the participants in the workshop were able to view a demonstration of the Agencycore^® platform, with the Axxess representatives able to demonstrate the platform for a captive audience who were waiting for the raffle drawing for an HDTV that was won by Diana Lillis of Nurses on Call of Naples, FL. Again, several participants remarked that the platform is very easy to navigate and that the software enables direct and logical workflow.

During the duration of both of the events, Axxess HealthCare Consult conducted live demos to many interested home health professionals and many more scheduled office demonstrations for the members of their staff.
