Axxess Holds Successful Wound Care Training Seminar in Los Angeles, CA.


(Los Angeles, CA, August 24, 2012) Axxess held a Wound Care Training seminar at the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles, CA titled “Multidisciplinary Wound Care Management: Taking a Comprehensive Approach in the Post Acute Setting”. The seminar was successful with attendees from across the country. Participants at the seminar were also able to earn a debridement certificate.

The first-class educational sessions were delivered by an expert faculty on topics that covered different facets of wound care. Participants learned how to: review and identify wound types; effectively assess and classify wounds; manage wounds and apply proper interventions; improve patient outcomes and document for optimal clinical care and reimbursement. In addition, participants learned about multidisciplinary strategies to improve patient outcomes.
