CMS is transitioning from AT&T to Verizon for OASIS Submissions

CMS is transitioning the CMSNet connectivity from AT&T to Verizon. This transition will change how you submit your OASIS data to the state. Previously, AT&T provided the connectivity to CMS for OASIS submissions. With this new change, Verizon will be taking over that function. This change therefore only affects how you send OASIS data; it does not affect other CMS guidelines for when you send (30 days from M0090 rule) OASIS data.

This transition will affect your h@ login ID and will make it easier to connect. This will not affect your login ID for all other accounts (CASPER Login ID and State Login ID).

The CMSNet migration for providers is tentatively scheduled to begin November 15, 2011. The migration will be completed by the end of the first quarter of the 2012 Calendar Year. The Migration Schedule, Installation Guide and FAQ for providers are now available.
