The new year is well underway, and we are inspired by the progress made this past year and the opportunities ahead. As the leading technology solution in the home healthcare industry, growth that supports the industry is our core focus. We continue to enhance our team of industry experts, in all areas of the company, to ensure we better support healthcare organizations with innovate solutions to grow revenue and improve patient care.
While much is unknown about the impact of the new Administration and Congress’ impact on the healthcare industry, we are certain that home healthcare will continue to emphasize accountability and value-based care. We also know that Pre-Claim Review expansion, reimbursement changes and increased focus on patient engagement will further impact the home health industry.
Through this, Axxess is well-positioned to be the home health platform of choice, and we continue to focus on providing the most affordable, innovative and user-friendly software and solutions to help home health agencies provide the best possible patient care.
We recognize that agencies are under more pressure than ever to operate profitable, streamlined organizations. It is not uncommon for only one or two administrators to manage the full cycle of operations, including patient referrals, clinician scheduling, revenue cycle management and patient engagement surveys, and Axxess’ fully integrated, bundled solution empowers organizations for success.
In 2016, we continued to enhance AgencyCore and introduced AxxessDDE and Axxess Billing Services, both of which were enthusiastically received by the industry as agencies seek more effective ways to manage revenue cycle with peace of mind.
Additionally, we provided the best HHCAHPS product on the market, helping agencies improve patient engagement as they work to achieve five-star ratings, and our Electronic Visit Verification was continuously updated to keep agencies and clinicians compliant with new regulations.
Axxess greatly enriched its on-demand training videos to educate agencies and clinicians on software enhancements and industry regulation changes, such as ICD-10, Pre-Claim Review and the 2017 CMS Final Rule updates. These no-cost resources are available anytime, anywhere to anyone, and we continually create and produce new content to best support home health agencies and clinicians.
As we continue to enhance product offerings and expand use of our software and services, we remain a committed partner of the home health industry and a champion for its vital growth.
We are excited about the year ahead and all that we will do together to benefit our industry and community.
Best,
John Olajide
