John Olajide, president and CEO of Dallas-based software company Axxess, believes in the Dallas Regional Chamber’s mission of economic development, talent creation and talent attraction. Talent creation refers to educating the future workforce to be college and career ready, and talent attraction refers to luring the best and brightest from around the world to North Texas.
“We’re a technology company and we’re growing rapidly,” Olajide said. “We need highly skilled talent to help fill our growth and that of all the regional companies as well.”
