Axxess Home Health Address Validation, driven by Axxess intelligence™, enables users to seamlessly validate addresses so that patient records reflect the correct primary address for each patient. This feature ensures clinicians travel to the correct locations during visits and streamlines GPS navigation by populating accurate map locations from any mobile device.

By validating patient addresses, users can maintain the correct primary addresses throughout patient records to facilitate timely care and streamline care delivery processes.

Once the address has been entered, select Validated Addresses.

Select the check box next to Use Validated Address and click Update to ensure that the system saves the validated address.

• If the patient has more than one address, the Add Visit Address button is available to add an additional address.
• If the patient’s mailing address differs from the physical address, both must be entered. If the address is the same for both sections, an option to check Same as Primary Address is available.
• Once the patient’s address is entered, Validate Address can be selected to verify that the details entered are for a valid address.
