Generating Your CAHPS File

 

 

Steps to Generate CAHPS File

  1. Within Axxess navigate to the Reports tab, and select Report Center.

 

 

2. Select report Survey Census (By              Date Range).

 

3. Select specific parameters:

a. Branch e.g. All Branches

b. Status e.g. All

c. Insurance: Medicare, Medicaid, and Advantage plans

d. Date Range e.g. month for report


4. Select Export to Excel.


5. Arrange the Excel report columns to            meet your Vendor’s specification.
