There are a couple of different ways to print out a blank note.  To create a blank note that includes your patient’s information you would need to first schedule the task and then from the SCHEDULE CENTER click on the PRINT icon.  This will allow you to print the note with the patient’s basics information on it.

To print a task blank of all personalization, go to VIEW à BLANK NOTES

Click on the note that you want to print.  Clicking the discipline in parentheses will print that version of the document. Depending on your browser you document will either be downloaded, appear in the download folder or open in another browser window.
