Each problem statement in the Plan of Care has all the associated interventions and goals in one central area for easier documentation and review. There is now an option to change the view displayed with the newly-added (+/-) sign. The (+) sign expands and the (-) collapses the POC Profile view of each section for easier navigation.
An added feature is the introduction of color to help ease navigation. The problem statement will maintain the purple +/- sign; the interventions are identified by a purple label, while the goals are identified by a green label.
The “Action” option has been expanded for handling each task. The intervention “Action” option has been modified to enable you to either “Delete” or “Discontinue” an intervention. “Goal” specific menu options have been incorporated for easy resolution of each goal.
This centralized design allows transparency to each problem statement so users can better review all associated goals and interventions for increased efficiency to their workflow.
The Skilled Nurse Visit Note has been condensed for easier documentation. Smaller lines have been introduced in each section, creating a cleaner look and reduced space both horizontally and vertically. The buttons are distinct to enable faster documentation with reduced scrolling and easier navigation for busy clinicians.
The Skilled Nurse Visit Note print document (PDF) has been updated to improve the print layout. Reduced spacing in each section and the narrowing of each tab improves the print functionality, enabling faster printing and fewer printed pages to better manage agency needs.
