The CareBridge EVV integration is currently available to organizations in Iowa, North Carolina, Tennessee and Wyoming. This integration enables Axxess Home Health users to accommodate payers that require submission of EVV data to CareBridge systems. To enable the CareBridge EVV integration, organizations must add CareBridge as an EVV aggregator in Company Setup.

To use the CareBridge integration, add Sandata as an EVV aggregator in Company Setup:

1. Select Company Setup under the Admin tab.

2. Navigate to the Electronic Visit Verification tab using the menu on the left side of the screen.

3. Click +Add EVV Vendor.

4. Select CareBridge from the EVV Vendor drop-down menu.

5. Select the applicable branches, state and payment sources.

6. Enter the effective date to begin submission to CareBridge.

7. Enter your provider Medicaid ID.

8. Click Save.

Once this information is saved in Company Setup, associated visits will automatically be sent to CareBridge on completion of EVV.

If there are any errors with a submission, the visit will appear in the EVV Exception Center for correction and resubmission.
