Our new Wound Manager, scheduled for release January 2018, supports agencies with wound care best practice processes, including clinical documentation improvement with embedded QA elements. The new Wound Manager provides the ability to easily track and document wound care, and quality/performance improvement initiatives. The new OASIS/Non-OASIS assessment is required to use this new feature. [CoP 484.65(a)-(e)]
