Axxess Home Health now automatically populates assessment types in the top right corner of each Plan of Care.

When a Plan of Care is generated, the assessment type appears under the order number and document title in the top right tile.

This enhancement enables physicians to quickly and easily distinguish between Plans of Care for seamless processes and optimal ease of use.
