Axxess Home Health now enables users to document COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers in patients’ and employees’ immunization profiles. Users can also identify patients and employees with comorbid conditions when documenting immunizations.

These enhancements optimize ease of use and facilitate thorough documentation of COVID-19 vaccinations.

When documenting a COVID-19 vaccination in a patient’s or employee’s immunization profile, users can now select from the following options in the Manufacturer field:

Users can identify whether the patient or employee has comorbid conditions by selecting Yes or No next to Comorbid Conditions Present.
