Axxess Home Health now gives users direct access to patients’ immunization profiles from skilled nurse visit notes.

By enabling users to review and document patients’ immunizations from SN visit notes, this functionality enhances ease of use and facilitates seamless and thorough documentation of immunizations.

To access a patient’s immunization profile from a skilled nurse visit note, scroll to the Supplemental Documents section and select Immunization Log. The patient’s immunization profile will open for you to review and/or document the patient’s immunizations.
