Axxess Home Health now provides comment sections on the Payer tab of patient profiles and Manual Muscle Test tab of therapy assessments and reassessments. These new sections enable users to enter any comments on payers or manual muscle tests, and populate agency-specific templates as needed.
By entering comments in the respective sections, users can maintain thorough, comprehensive documentation of important details related to payers and manual muscle tests performed.
A Payer Comments section now appears on the Payer tab of the patient profile. Clinicians and staff can use the Payer Comments box to include important information on patient consent and billing in the patient profile.
Patients tab ➜ Patient Charts ➜ Edit ➜ Payer tab ➜ Payer Comments
Comments entered in the Payer Comments box will flow to the PDF print version of the patient profile in a new section labeled Payer Comments.
A new Manual Muscle Test Comments section appears on the Manual Muscle Test tab of therapy assessments and reassessments. In the Manual Muscle Test Comments box, users can enter information about manual muscle tests and apply agency-specific templates as needed.
