Axxess Home Health now enables users to customize nursing note validations for the Plan for Next Visit and Visit Narrative sections in nursing notes. This enhancement streamlines operations by reducing errors and the need for manual verification and ensures compliance by creating validations for required fields.
To enable validations for nursing notes, users must have permission to manage company information.
To give a user permission to manage company information, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Administration section, select Manage Company Information. Click Save to finish granting the permission to the user.

To enable Plan for Next Visit and Visit Narrative, select the Clinical tab in Company Setup and navigate to the Nursing Note Validations section.
Admin tab ➜ Company Setup ➜ Clinical tab ➜ Nursing Note Validations
In the Nursing Note Validations section, select Enable under Plan for Next Visit and Visit Narrative and select Submit Request.
Once enabled, users will be required to fill out the Plan for Next Visit and Visit Narrative before completing the nursing notes.
