Axxess CARE is now available to all Axxess Home Health users nationwide. Axxess CARE solves scheduling and staffing challenges by connecting home healthcare organizations with qualified clinicians who are looking to pick up local visits.
When your organization has staffing shortages or scheduling conflicts, you can now log in to Axxess CARE and post any skilled nursing visits that need to be covered. Qualified clinicians in your local area can then apply for your visits and deliver the appropriate care once the visit is assigned.
Axxess CARE is convenient, secure and HIPAA-compliant. All information is encrypted and users must sign in with a valid user ID and password every time the app is opened. If you open another app and return to Axxess CARE, you must enter your PIN before accessing patient information.
All clinicians on Axxess CARE are required to undergo a background check, license verification and OIG screening before applying for visits. Axxess CARE will not allow clinicians to apply for visits without providing the documentation required to complete each of the necessary checks.
1. Organizations Post Visits: When your organization has staffing shortages or scheduling conflicts, you can log in to Axxess CARE and post any skilled nursing visits that need to be covered. |

2. Clinicians Apply: Local clinicians who are qualified to deliver the care that the patient requires for a posted visit can apply for the visit. |

3. Organizations Review Applicants and Assign Visits: Your organization can review all applicants and assign each visit to a qualified clinician. |

4. Clinicians Complete Their Assigned Visits: The assigned clinician will perform the visit according to the scheduled date and visit details and complete the appropriate documentation through the Axxess CARE app at the point of care. |

5. Payment Is Released for Completed Visits: The clinician will receive the agreed-upon payment when the visit is completed. |
To start using Axxess CARE, log in to Axxess Home Health and click Get Started in the Axxess CARE pop-up window. Follow the steps to set up your account and start posting visits to Axxess CARE.
Clinicians with Axxess login credentials can download the Axxess CARE app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After completing the signup process, clinicians can begin applying for nearby visits at their preferred rates.
