Alert Center


The Axxess Home Care Alert Center, driven by Axxess intelligence™, provides users with real-time alerts. This capability ensures compliance by increasing user visibility and oversight. By enabling users to better manage and address alerts related to scheduling, human resources and user actions, these enhancements facilitate seamless tracking and monitoring of caregiver performance, upcoming license expirations and compliance-related documentation.


To access the Alert Center, navigate to the Home tab and select Alert Center.

Alerts can be filtered by Branch, Client and Tags.


Scheduling alerts provide real-time insights into the timeliness of field staff by monitoring late EVV arrivals and departures. This functionality provides users with immediate visibility, ensuring efficient monitoring and proactive management of staff on-time performance.


Human Resources (HR) alerts empower users to maintain compliance by ensuring HR records are consistently updated with current credentials, fostering streamlined operations and regulatory compliance.


Clinical alerts provide valuable insight into medications and daily living tasks, offering enhanced visibility for care management. Medication alerts are customized based on configurations in Company Setup, while daily living task alerts notify users of care plan tasks that have been marked as not completed, ensuring prompt attention to critical aspects of patient care.


User alerts give providers streamlined access to their pay stubs, conveniently delivered through Payroll for quick and easy visibility.
