Axxess provides the ability for agencies to create and manage document upload names for use in the Upload Document menu of the client chart. The ability to create and manage upload types is restricted to the Admin menu. Admin->New->Upload Types provides a quick, easy way to add an upload category.
Admin->List->Upload Types
This path takes the user into the existing Upload Types for the agency. For convenience, New Upload Type is available within the existing Upload Type list. Clicking on the New Upload Type displays New Upload Type page. The user also has the option to export the list to Excel for further analysis and review. The filter feature located in the top portion of the page will display only the items which contain what has been typed.
The upload list contains four columns: Type, Created, Modified and Action.
The Action column allows a user to either Edit or Delete a document type.
Selecting Edit brings the user into the Edit Upload Type page where s/he may view/edit the upload type name. Once any edits are made the user selects to Save or Close the page.
The Activity Logs for the upload type tracks the username, action description and date of activity for that particular upload type.
