Axxess Home Care users can now document addenda directly from assessments. By navigating to the new Addenda tab in an assessment, users can open and document each type of addendum that has been attached to the assessment documentation in Company Setup.

This feature optimizes ease of use and streamlines documentation processes to improve client outcomes.

To document an addendum from within an assessment, navigate to the Addenda tab on the left side of the assessment and select the addendum type. A new addendum form will open for you to complete.
