Axxess Home Care now enables users to enter date of birth and sex when inputting policy holder information. These details automatically populate to the appropriate claims to ensure seamless payer acceptance and processing.

To document the policy holder’s sex and date of birth, navigate to the Create tab, hover over New Client and select Payment Sources.

Create tab ➜ New Client ➜ Payment Sources

The information provided will populate in the corresponding fields of claims.
