Axxess Home Care now enables organizations to require a co-signature for specified users’ supervisory visits. By enabling organizations to require a co-signature for supervisory visits when needed, this enhancement streamlines operations and ensures compliance.
To have a user’s supervisory visit require a co-signature, enable the Supervisions permission in the desired user’s profile.
To require a co-signature on a user’s supervisory visits, navigate to the desired employee’s profile in the Employee Center and select Permissions from the Quick Links menu. In the Clinical section, expand the Co-Signature Required permissions and select the checkbox next to Supervisions.
Click Save to finish granting permission to the user.
Employees tab ➜ Employee Center ➜ Quick Links menu ➜ Permissions ➜ Clinical ➜ Co-Signature ➜ Supervisions ➜ Save
To enable a user to co-sign supervisions, complete the same steps as above but in the Clinical section, expand the Ability to Co-Sign permissions and select the checkbox next to Supervisions.
Employees tab ➜ Employee Center ➜ Quick Links menu ➜ Permissions ➜ Clinical ➜ Ability to Co-Sign ➜ Supervisions ➜ Save
Once this permission is enabled, supervisory visits completed by the user will flow to the Pending Co-Signature list under the Schedule tab.
Here, users with permission to co-sign supervisions can co-sign the document.
Once co-signed, the document will flow to the QA Center, unless the user can bypass QA.
