Users with non-administrative permissions in Axxess Home Care are now restricted from editing administrators’ profiles and their own user profiles. By restricting users’ access to their own employee charts, this update optimizes security and facilitates employee information compliance.

This limitation also applies to personnel notes and visit tracking permissions. Users can still view and edit other non-administrators’ profiles.

Permissions are restricted when viewing one’s own employee chart or the chart of a user with an administrator role. Users cannot edit their employee profile or access certain links in the Quick Links menu.

Users with administrative roles can still view and edit all employees’ charts.
