Axxess Home Care now provides direct access to fall risk assessments and supply worksheets from the respective sections of assessments. By enabling users to document these items while completing an assessment, this enhancement streamlines processes and optimizes client outcomes.

To document supplies while working in an assessment, navigate to the Supplies and DME tab and select New Supply Worksheet.

To document fall risk while working in an assessment, navigate to the ADL/IADLs tab or Functional Status tab and select New Fall Risk Assessment.

When selected, the corresponding addendum form will open for the user to update.
