Axxess Home Care now enables users to view gross profit margins in the Schedule Summary. By seamlessly monitoring gross profit insights, organizations can streamline operations and increase revenue for lasting financial success.
To access the Schedule Summary, navigate to the Report Center under the Reports tab. In the Schedule Reports section, select Schedule Summary.
Reports tab ➜ Report Center ➜ Schedule Reports ➜ Schedule Summary
In the report header, select Include Revenue and Include Gross Profit to generate gross profit metrics in the report. Once all desired parameters are entered in the report header, click Generate Report.
When Include Gross Profit is selected, the report will generate with the following three additional columns:

Pay: Displays payroll associated to the tasks for the report date range. |

Bill – Pay: Provides the dollar value of billable revenue minus payroll. |
|
|
Gross Profit: Calculates the bill minus pay value divided by the billable revenue. |
