Axxess Home Care now enables users to complete eMAR chart addenda through the Axxess Home Care mobile application. This functionality facilitates seamless documentation management and tracking to improve client outcomes and stay compliant.

When documenting a note through the mobile application and an eMAR chart addendum is listed, click the eMAR Chart button.

In the Medications section, a list of active medications, dosage information, frequency and routes will display.

Select a medication to document an administration. After completing the required fields, select Complete at the bottom of the screen.

Use the back arrow at the top of the screen to return to the Medications list. The number of doses given will update as administrations are documented.

To administer a medication again, select the medication. A list of each administration for that date will display. Select the Administer Medication button at the bottom of the screen to document another administration.
