Axxess Home Care now enables users to complete suction log addenda through the Axxess Home Care mobile application. This functionality facilitates seamless document management and tracking to improve client outcomes, optimize ease of use and help organizations stay compliant.

To complete a suction log addendum for a client, users must indicate that the client needs suctioning in the client’s profile. To indicate that a client requires suctioning, navigate to the Medical Information tab in the client’s profile and check the box under Suction.

When documenting a note from the mobile application, click the Suction Log button to complete a suction log addendum. A new suction log addendum form will open for you to complete.
