Axxess Home Care now enables users to complete the Supply Worksheet Addendum through the mobile application. This functionality facilitates seamless documentation management and tracking to improve client outcomes and stay compliant.

When a user is documenting a note through the mobile application and a Supply Worksheet Addendum is listed, the user can click the Supply Worksheet button.

Once selected, a new Supply Worksheet Addendum form will open for the user to complete.
