Axxess Home Care now provides two new scheduling features that users can enable on the Scheduling tab in Company Setup. The first new feature automatically unassigns remaining visits when an employee is manually deactivated or terminated. The second new feature automatically deletes remaining visits when a client is manually discharged.

These enhancements streamline scheduling operations by eliminating manual steps in the schedule removal process when an employee is deactivated/terminated or a client is discharged.

To enable these settings, navigate to Company Setup under the Admin tab. On the Scheduling tab of Company Setup, select Enable under Unassign Visits After User Deactivation/Termination or Delete Visits After Discharge. Click Save to finish enabling the selected features.
