Axxess Home Care now enables organizations to customize skilled nurse visit notes within Company Setup. This enhancement facilitates compliance and streamlines operations by creating validations for required fields, reducing the need for manual verification.

Enable Skilled Nurse Visit Note Validations

Users with Company Setup permissions can enable validations for skilled nurse visit notes by navigating to Company Setup under the Admin tab. On the Clinical tab, navigate to the Skilled Nurse Visit Note Validations section.

Admin tab ➜ Company Setup ➜ Clinical tab ➜ Skilled Nurse Visit Note Validations section

Once the desired selections are made, select Save or Save and Next to save the validation settings.

Response to Care/Progress Toward Goals

Enabling this feature will require clinicians to fill out the Response to Care/Progress Toward Goals before completing the note.

Visit Narrative

Enabling this feature will require clinicians to fill out the Visit Narrative before completing the note.
