Axxess Palliative Care uses Axxess intelligence™ to enable users to pull a previously documented visit note into their current visit note using the Load Previous Note button. By enabling users to populate past documentation into their current visit note, this feature saves time and reduces documentation burden while still allowing users to update the past documentation as needed for the current visit.
To load a previously documented note into the note you are currently documenting, click the Load Previous Note button in the top-right corner of the screen and select the desired note from the drop-down menu. The data from the note you select will populate into your current note for easy documentation.
If there are sections you do not want to populate from previous notes, you can identify these sections in Company Setup.
To identify which sections should not pull from previous notes, navigate to Company Setup under the Admin tab. On the Operations tab, select the desired sections under Load Previous Note Exceptions and click Save at the bottom of the screen. Once these settings are saved, the selected sections will not pull from previous notes when the Load Previous Note button is selected.
