Yes. Once a visit is posted to Axxess CARE, users can add visit details and special instructions for the visit. All clinicians on the app can view visit details, so users should not include any patient information in the Details section of a visit. Special instructions are only accessible to clinicians who have been assigned to and accepted the visit, so patient information can be included in a visit’s special instructions.
Enter your credit card information on the Payment Methods screen under the Admin tab in Axxess CARE. Once a visit is completed and approved by QA, the selected payment method will be used to compensate the clinician for completing the visit.
If no one accepts a visit, it is the organization’s responsibility to fill the visit internally or mark the visit as missed. The visit should be removed from Axxess CARE.
