You may view all your messages and alerts by opening the Menu in the upper-left corner of your screen and select messages. From this screen, you may view all messages, alerts and deleted messages.

Are messages through Axxess CARE HIPAA compliant?

Yes. All messages sent through the Axxess CARE app are encrypted and passcode protected.
