Open the visit you have been assigned by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you are working on, and then select Patient Profile. From this page, tap on the Info icon to view the patient demographics and episode information.
Yes. You may call a patient right from the app by going to the Patient Profile. Open the visit you have been assigned by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you are working on, and then select Patient Profile. From this page, tap on the Call icon to call your patient.
Yes. You may navigate to the patient’s home by going to the Patient Profile. Open the visit you have been assigned by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you wish to navigate to, and then select Patient Profile. From this page, tap on the Map icon to navigate to the patient’s home. The map will use the GPS app you have on your phone.
To view patient orders, open the visit by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you are working on, and then select Patient Profile. From the Patient Profile, tap on the Orders icon to open your orders screen. Choose the correct episode and tap on the order you would like to view.
To create an order, open the visit by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you are working on, and then select Patient Profile. From the Patient Profile, tap on the Orders icon to open your orders screen. Tap on the plus sign icon located in the upper-right corner of your screen. This will open a new order. Select the correct episode, physician, date, enter an order title, and enter your order description. If you select Save, this will save the order without your signature so you may come back to it at a later time to
complete. To complete your order, select Complete, enter your signature, and tap submit. This will submit your signed order to the agency to review.
To view patient medications, open the visit by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you are working on, and then select Patient Profile. From the Patient Profile, tap on the Medication icon to view the medication profile.
To add medications, open the visit by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you are working on, and then select Patient Profile. From the Patient Profile, tap on the Medication icon to view the medication profile. Tap on the plus sign in the upper-right corner to add new medication.
To discontinue a medication, open the visit by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you are working on, and then select Patient Profile. From the Patient Profile, tap on the Medication icon to view the medication profile. Tap on the medication you want to discontinue and select Discontinue Medication.
Yes, you are able to contact other professionals assigned to the patient by going to the patient profile, select the “Care Team” icon, and a list of professionals will appear. You can call, individually message, or group message the other professionals. The messaging goes through your device’s messaging by text so it is not HIPAA compliant. Be careful not to include protected patient information in texts.
You can see the patient’s physician information through the patient profile. Select the Physicians icon to view the physician name. You may also call the physician from this screen.
You can view the patient’s pharmacy in the patient’s profile. Select the Pharmacy icon to view and contact the patient’s pharmacy.
You can view the patient’s emergency contacts in the patient’s profile. Select the Emergency Contacts icon to view and contact the patient’s emergency contacts.
You can view Communication Notes through the Patient’s Profile. To view patient communications, open the visit by going to Schedule, tap on the visit you are working on, and then select Patient Profile. Tap the Communications icon to view the patient’s communication notes.
