The four-digit PIN code is a security measure that ensures no one except you can pull up patient information even in instances that the app is left open unintentionally.
For new users, the app will prompt you to set up a four–digit PIN code. It can be any four digits you choose. Be sure to select a PIN code that is not easily guessed to help safeguard protected patient information.
The Axxess CARE and Axxess Home Health apps are not integrated. You will need to create a new PIN for Axxess CARE. You are allowed to use the same PIN, if you choose.
Yes. To change your PIN, open the menu in the top-left corner of your screen. Tap on Profile and then select Edit located in the top-right corner of your screen. This will open your settings. To change your PIN, select PIN Code at the bottom of the screen.
Once you enter the wrong PIN four times, the app will prompt you to log back in and reset your PIN.
Anytime the app is installed, you will be required to set up a four-digit PIN.
Yes. You may use the same PIN you used before. If your PIN was compromised, you will need to select a different PIN.
