Log in to your AxxessCARE application using your AgencyCore credentials.
Click on the Menu Icon in the top left hand of your screen.
A menu will appear.
Select "Profile"
You will see a new page segmented in two sections: Profile Editing and Security.
Under the "Profile Editing" Section
Select "Basic Information"
On this page, you can edit your Basic Information such as:
Name
Date of Birth
Address
State and Zip Code
Mobile Number
Select "Done" in top right of your screen to save your progress or select "Next" in the lower right of your screen to move to the next step. Otherwise, select Cancel in the upper left-hand corner.
Select "Profile"
On this page, you can edit your profile information such as:
Experience:
Your Title:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Certified Nurse Assistant
Licensed Practical Nurse
Licensed Vocational Nurse
Master of Science in Nursing

Select "Add a License" and you will see editing options in:

Select "Save" in the lower right-hand corner to save your progress. Otherwise, select "Cancel".

Select "Add a Certification" and you will see editing options in:

Add A Photo
Select "Save" in the lower right-hand corner to save your progress. Otherwise, select "Cancel".
Select "Done" in the top right of your screen to save your progress or select "Next" in the lower right of your screen to move to the next step. Otherwise, select "Cancel" in the upper left-hand corner.
Select "Skills Assessment"
This section is a Skills Assessment.
The skills assessment helps you connect with the visits you like and also showcases your skills to the agency. We know you learn new skills all the time and you can always come back and highlight these new skills.
Select "Update Skills"
Select an answer choice for each question as directed.
Select "Done" in the top right of your screen to save your progress or select "Next" in the lower right of your screen to move to the next step. Otherwise, select "Cancel" in the upper left-hand corner.
At the end of your assessment, you will see a message congratulating your completion. Select "OK" to save
Select "Preferences"
This page lets you edit preferences in:
Pay Range
Range of compensation you expect
Distance from Current Location
Distance which you are willing to travel to complete visits
Available Days
Available days which you are available to complete visits
Select "Done" in the top right of your screen to save your progress or select "Next" in the lower right of your screen to move to the next step. Otherwise, select "Cancel" in the upper left-hand corner.
Select "Vaccinations"
This page requires you to verify your vaccinations in:
Tuberculosis
Hepatitis B
Flu Shot
Select "Uploads"
This page allows you to upload your photo and resume.
Select the Camera Icon to upload your photo. You may choose from these options:
Take a photo (taking a photo using your mobile device).
Choose from Library (choosing a photo from your photo library on your mobile device).
Select "Done" in the top right of your screen to save your progress or select "Next" in the lower right of your screen to move to the next step. Otherwise, select "Cancel" in the upper left-hand corner.
Select "Bio"
This section allows you to write a short biography of yourself.
