Axxess CARE now provides a Call Organization button that enables clinicians to contact an organization directly from a posted visit on Axxess CARE. This feature streamlines communication and care coordination processes and promotes timely fulfillment of visits.
Clinicians can use the Call Organization button to get quick answers to any questions they have regarding a visit and to gain a complete understanding of a visit before applying to complete it.
On the Posted Visits screen in Axxess CARE, click on a visit card to view details for a posted visit. In the visit’s details, click Call Organization to contact the organization that posted the visit.
Once Call Organization is selected, your phone’s call screen will open with the organization’s phone number pre-populated. Click the call button on your phone to dial the organization’s number.
