Axxess CARE now provides a list of local organizations for clinicians to contact. This feature enhances ease of use and optimizes communication between clinicians and organizations on Axxess CARE.

To access your list of local organizations on Axxess CARE, click the three-line menu in the top-left corner of the screen and select Organizations.

The list provides the following information for each organization:

Users can search for organizations by name, city, state or ZIP. To search for an organization, select the search icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

To contact an organization, click on the organization from the list. In the pop-up, select Message or Call to text or call the organization.

When Message is selected, the name of the clinician pre-populates in the text message so the organization can easily identify the sender.

Users can favorite an organization by clicking the heart next to the organization’s name. Favorited organizations appear on the Favorites tab in the Organizations list.
