The dashboard in Axxess CARE now provides a Preferences tab that enables organizations to enable and disable preferred settings on the app. This tab enables administrators on Axxess CARE to easily set preferences according to organizational needs and processes.
To access your preferences, log in to Axxess CARE. On the dashboard, select Preferences under Admin on the left side of the screen.

On the Preferences screen, you can enable and disable the Patient Visit Reminder Text Message feature.
Once you update your preferences, a green success message will appear to confirm that your changes have been saved.
