Axxess has established an integration with Hospice Pharmacy Solutions (HPS) that enables users to streamline pharmacy management in Axxess Hospice. By activating the HPS integration, agencies can seamlessly manage medications and claim submission through auto-populated medication data in Axxess Hospice.
The HPS integration helps users prevent redundant documentation, decrease time spent contacting pharmacies, and process claims more seamlessly. Additionally, the integration helps users prevent medication-related errors and stay compliant with medication management regulations.

The HPS integration enables agencies to completely manage pharmacy needs in three major areas:
Patient updates are sent securely across the interface to keep pharmacists up to date on changes that may impact patient needs. |

Medication updates, including medication dispensing information, can be fully managed in Axxess Hospice and are sent securely across the interface. |

CMS medication data flows automatically across the interface and automatically populates on claims created in Axxess Hospice. |

Once the HPS integration is enabled, CMS claim information will be sent across our secure HPS interface at the frequency determined by the agency. HPS and Axxess will partner with your agency to set this frequency.
