Axxess Hospice now provides a Memorial Service option when documenting the visit type in a Bereavement Counseling Note.

When completing a Bereavement Counseling Note in Axxess Hospice, select Memorial Service from the Type of Visit drop-down menu to identify the bereavement visit as a memorial service.

The Type of Visit menu appears in the Visit Information section of the Bereavement Counseling Note.
