The Axxess Hospice mobile application now enables users to view patients’ historical vital signs from any clinical visit that includes a Vital Signs and Additional Measurements section. By enabling users to track and monitor a patient’s past vital signs at the point of care, this enhancement streamlines operations and assists in identifying interventions when vital signs fall outside the desired parameters.

All clinical visits that include a Vital Signs/Additional Measurements section now also include a View Vital Signs button. Click View Vital Signs to view the patient’s vital signs.

Once View Vital Signs is selected, the vital signs documented for the last seven days will open in a new screen.

To view additional vital signs, select a date range from the Date Range drop-down menu.

Vital signs older than 14 days cannot be viewed on the mobile app. To view vital signs older than 14 days, log in to Axxess Hospice on the web.

To view additional measurements, navigate to the Additional Measurements tab at the top of the screen. Once selected, the last seven days of additional measurements will open in a new screen.

To view additional measurements older than seven days, select a date range from the Date Range drop-down menu.
