Axxess Hospice now provides a permission that enables users to override the eMAR frequency. Users with this permission will be able to document medication administration on the eMAR when the frequency is not due for a medication.

By default, this permission is disabled for all current users of the software.

To give a user permission to override the eMAR frequency, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Clinical section, check the box next to the Override eMAR Frequency permission. Click Save to finish granting the permission to the user.

People tab ➜ People Center ➜ Edit ➜ Permissions tab ➜ Clinical section ➜ Override eMAR Frequency ➜ Save

Users without the Override eMAR Frequency permission will not be able to document medication administration that is outside of the frequency.
