Axxess Hospice now provides a Skilled Nursing Care Minutes on Weekends Report that streamlines operations by enabling users to view the number of skilled nursing care minutes provided during patient visits on weekends.
To view and export the Skilled Nursing Care Minutes on Weekends Report, users must have permission to view and export clinical reports in Axxess Hospice.
To give a user permission to view and export clinical reports, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Reports section, select View and Export next to the Clinical Reports permission. Click Save to finish granting the permissions to the user.

To access the Skilled Nursing Care Minutes on Weekends Report, navigate to the Report Center under the Reports tab. In the Clinical Reports section, select Skilled Nursing Care Minutes on Weekend Report.

To filter the data in the report, select the desired options from the filters at the top of the screen.
When the parameters are applied, the total nursing minutes will display in the Visit Summary section.
The total nursing minutes for the number of minutes provided during the patient’s visit is calculated only for completed visits if the patient’s level of care day is routine. Missed visits are excluded from the report.

Select Export to export the report.
