The new subscription plan feature enables agency leaders to view their subscription plan statuses, request updates and communicate with the Axxess team from within the hospice solution.
This functionality helps agencies manage their subscription information seamlessly to streamline processes and increase revenue by maintaining the most appropriate subscription to operate and grow business.
To access the Subscription Plan section in Company Setup, users must have permission to edit company information.
To give a user permission to edit company information, edit the user’s profile and navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Administration section, select Edit next to the Company Setup permission. Selecting Edit will automatically grant the View permission so the user can view and edit company information. Click Save to complete the process.

To access your agency’s subscription plan information, navigate to Company Setup under the Admin tab. Select the Subscription Plan tab on the left side of the Company Setup screen.

The Current Subscription Plan section displays your agency’s current plan, total number of patients, and how many patients are supported by your current plan.
The Monthly Subscription Plans section displays plans that are currently available for your agency. Users can select a new plan and enter any comments in the Comments section. To request a new subscription plan, click Request and enter your electronic signature to confirm that you are authorized to make the request on your agency’s behalf.

If your agency exceeds the number of patients in your current subscription plan, Axxess will contact you to confirm the subscription upgrade and ensure the most appropriate plan is selected to support your agency’s continued growth.
