Visits and non-patient activities in Axxess Hospice now display warning messages for the following scenarios:
When a user enters the travel start time but not the travel end time |

When a user enters the travel end time but not the travel start time |
|
When the travel time exceeds one hour |
|
When the visit and travel times overlap |
|
When the visit time exceeds three hours |
These warning messages help users ensure that visit and travel times are accurate on visit notes and non-patient activities.
When a user selects Complete on a visit note or non-patient activity, the following warning messages will appear:
If there is no travel end time entered:
If there is no travel start time entered:
If the travel time exceeds one hour:
If the visit time overlaps with the travel time:
Visit notes will require users to correct the times before completing. Non-patient activities will provide a warning, but the user will still be able to complete the activity without correcting the overlapping times.
If the visit time exceeds three hours:
The above warning appears only in visit notes. Non-patient activities do not have this warning.
If the visit time exceeds three hours and the travel time exceeds one hour:
The above warning appears only in visit notes. Non-patient activities do not have this warning.
On any of the above warning messages, users can click Go Back to return and correct the travel/visit times or Complete to complete the note as is.
