The open remittance record displays claim, payment, and adjustment details. To look up a remittance record by number, users enter the remittance number, such as 603763698, into the search bar, then open the result to review associated claim information and verify claim linking for cash posting workflows. To identify claims flagged with billing errors, users search using error terminology, such as "NOE error primary diagnosis required," and select the relevant claim from results. The claim detail confirms the specific error flag, in this case "Primary Diagnosis is Required," applied to the patient's Notice of Election. Ask Axxess supports remittance lookup by patient name or remittance number, claim error identification by error description, and review of claim, payment, adjustment, and linking details within a single search interface.
